**Finance Administrator**

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to a busy finance team which operates with a global ledger of accounts and would offer a great initial step into the world of accountancy & finance.

Duties of the role to include:

- Undertake administration work, such as monitor, control, report on queries and answer basic queries
- Produce and send Copy invoices from system
- Crediting and releasing invoices from system
- Completing Credit Controls part in Supplier requests
- Sending out completed W8 forms (USA) and arranging standard Tax letters/forms (mainly for India)
- Preparing and organising payment advices sent by clients
- Identifying correct client for allocation of cash, investigating unallocated cash
- Assisting with the actual posting of cash
- Requesting correct internal data and input of information into Sage, such as for new accounts, Credit Limits agreed by Controllers, bulk amendments e.g. Client Managers
- Organising statements and responses for review by Credit Controllers, updating data where needed
- Checking accuracy of information on Sage and making amendments
- Any other administrative tasks to support the finance team
- Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within a finance team
- Experience of working to deadlines
- High attention to detail and accurate work
- Organisational ability
- A team player who is supportive of those around them
- Numerate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
