**Service Administrator**

Are you good with people and have a 'can do' attitude? This could be the opportunity for you **Pentland **Land Rover Edinburgh West** are seeking a pro-active, customer focused Service Administrator for our **Land Rover** dealership, who will be part of the Service Team and be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work.

**Key Job Requirements as Service Administrator**:

- Taking customer calls and appropriate action
- Organising vehicle bookings for service, maintenance or repair
- Ensuring each customer is contacted prior to their appointment
- To provide proactive updates to customers during vehicle repairs
- Making outbound calls for follow-up work
- Preparing estimates and invoices for customers
- General administrative duties as and when required
- Working on Service Reception desk when required
- Control of customer order numbers in conjunction with the Service Reception team
- Assisting with vehicle Collection & Delivery
- Ensuring that the image and levels of customer service within the department are in line with Company standard
- Confident relationship builder with customers at all levels
- Ability to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues
- Deliver first class service to achieve company objectives and targets
- Self-motivated, articulate and professional
