An established and leading manufacturing business is currently looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator on a part time basis to join the team at their facility based in Northumberland. A Fixed Term Contract position until April 2025, this is a great opportunity with an immediate start to join a business that has seen growth and expansion over the years.

**The Part Time Purchasing Administrator Role**:

- Processing purchase requisitions
- Purchase Orders via SAP system
- Re-ordering of production consumables
- Overseeing workwear purchasing system
- Handling of day-to-day enquiries
- Updating vendor rating lists
- General Admin duties
- Cover for colleagues when absent

**The Ideal Part Time Purchasing Administrator**:

- Microsoft 365 skills
- SAP experience (Advantageous but not essential)
- Previous purchasing administration experience preferred
- Computer literate and excellent organisational admin skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivated team player

**The Hours**
- 20 Hours weekly (flexible to fit around school runs etc)
- Happy to work full time when necessary to cover other members of the team on annual leave

**The Pay**
- £15,554 to £16,469 dependant on skills and experience

**Duration**
- Fixed Term Contract until April 2025
