Purchasing Administrator

We have a requirement for a temporary purchasing administrator for 12 weeks in our head office at Cramlington
Hours
8am until 4.30pm Mon to Thursday
8am until 3.30pm Friday
30mins for lunch unpaid
To provide both clerical and administrative support to the Purchasing/Estimating Team to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
Required skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
Specific duties will include:
- Data entry - Oracle Netsuite ERP Purchasing System (training will be given)
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Photocopying and printing various documents
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
