**Business Contribution**:
To support the growth of business. To improve the performance of the Sales administration function and improve service to end customer. The level of incoming order lines have increased by 100% in the last twelve months.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To support all functions in the sales Administration area
- Ensuring all customers delivery expectations are achieved.
- Coordinate logistics with designated freight forwarders for product sales
- Maintain Sales order area of the MRP system (Oracle)
- Issuing open sales order reports with promised delivery dates to all distribution sites
- Issuing quotations for special products.
- Administration support to Logistics and Purchasing Department.
- Coordinate between Cramlington sales, Purchasing and Manufacturing Departments.
- Assist Purchasing Department to progressing materials in line with Sales order delivery expectations.
- Issue weekly/monthly sales/shipping reports to the Site Manager
- Arrange travel/hotels for Cramlington and any UK and overseas visitors to Cramlington
- Coordinate between Cramlington and other Enerpac facilities on availability of product and any special requests
- To adhere to the company’s procedures in relation to the Quality Management and Environmental systems
- To complete any ad-hoc duties as requested by the Line Manager
- Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally
- Follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Be an ambassador for the businesses, in particular ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times
- To intervene and report any defect in equipment or practice or any dangerous circumstance or event which could affect HSEQ performance
- To actively propose and implement improvements to HSSEQ systems
- To cooperate with the company in achieving HSSEQ objectives
- To participate fully in Continuous Improvement (LEAD ) activities where necessary & when required

**Required Capabilities**:

- Experience in operating MRP systems, in particular Oracle, would be advantageous
- Experience of freight forwarding, and sales exporting procedures would be advantageous
- The ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- A competent team player
- An effective communicator
- Experience in a reactive environment (i.e. having a consistent focus on priorities and associated deadlines)
- To base decisions of fact and adopt a disciplined approach
- Customer focused
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a bias towards action and speed
