At the centre of this will be a new hospital building programme, to ensure the NHS’ hospital estate supports the provision of world-class healthcare services. This is known as the New Hospitals Programme (NHP) with Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust being in Cohort 4 with the Tomorrow’s NUH Programme.

They will be responsible for the co-ordination and organisation of all associated project meetings, including preparing and issuing appropriate papers, developing agendas, attending the meetings where required producing timely action notes and minutes. They will need to ensure complex information key to the programme and projects are complied, managed and updated and communicated to the highest level of quality and accuracy, including the preparation of reports, flow charts, project plans, presentations and other associated programme and project documentation as required.
Based at City Hospital site the post holder will be required to travel across the sites and sometimes to other Greater Nottingham venues. Occasionally the post holder may need to work out of core hours (including weekends and evenings) as required by the programme/projects.
