**About you**
- Do you have a minimum of two years' experience in an administrative or customer service role? With working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Are you methodical with strong planning and organisational skills and hold the ability to prioritise your workload?
- You will enjoy working in a team and have the ability to work on your own - often drawing on your own initiative and thinking on your feet
- Are you positive and resilient with the commitment to deliver a high standard of work?
- You will need to be a strong communicator and have a problem-solving attitude
- A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

**What you will do**

As Pastoral Support Officer you will be supporting a new project focusing on International Recruitment across Nottinghamshire. You will work closely with senior members of the team and external stakeholders supporting in the delivery of this exciting project. This may include, but is not limited to:

- Gathering information to aid in the development of an information pack for people seeking employment in the UK, for example: researching local community groups, speciality food suppliers etc
- Overseeing the organisation of both online and in-person events
- Liaising with stakeholder organisations such as the NHS, Citizens Advice and building on existing relationships
- Signposting care providers and their recruits to relevant support services
- Attending local management meetings and providing progress updates
- Building relationships with care providers, the NHS and local authority partners
- Promoting the sector and international recruitment
