Job Title: Senior Chaplain - Pastoral Care Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chaplain to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Senior Chaplain, you will be responsible for providing spiritual care and support to patients, families, and staff across the trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pastoral care team to ensure delivery of high-quality spiritual care services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for spiritual care services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of spiritual care services.
• Provide training and education to staff on spiritual care principles and practices.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in theology or related field.
• Accreditation/licensing with authority to practice as a religion or belief leader/representative and/or pastoral worker.
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare chaplaincy or equivalent.

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
