**About the Role**
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual who can hit the ground running and really make an impact in the Lead Generation Team.
The Lead generation team plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company.
This position involves proactively reaching out to potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with the sales team to help successfully close deals through effective sales strategies and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
This position is ideal for someone newly graduated or looking to develop their sales skills with progression into the sales team or into a more senior marketing role.
Must be able to work effectively in a virtual team environment and manage their activities and workload in line with agreed OKR’s, goals and deadlines.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Learning and Product Knowledge**:Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products and services, their features, advantages, and benefits. Effectively communicate product information to potential customers. Certify in key accreditations to build knowledge and understanding of the Hyperscalers(Microsoft, AWS).
- **Managing Relationships**:Relationship Building with the Sellers to support the generation of sales and increase of pipeline through campaigns and working with Sellers on focussed engagements**.**
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies, promotional efforts, and product messaging.
**What we are looking for**:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the industry or market the company operates in
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
