Service Desk / Call logger - 1st Line
Contract - monthly rolling
£15 - £16 per hour - Inside IR35 - Via Umbrella contract
Based in the offices in Enfield, Hertfordshire, Possibility to become remote long term.
We required a first line service desk / Call logger for a contract role starting ASAP.
You will be supporting with the following:
Answer calls coming into the helpdesk
Triage and resolve tickets that relate to O365, Windows 10, Active Directory accounts and permissions
Assign tickets to other team members were required.
You will be well presented, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator - a positive 'can do' attitude is essential for this opportunity as it is a customer facing role.
