**Job Title**: Service Desk Advisor
**Shift Pattern**:Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
**Salary**:£13.03
**Weekly Pay**
**Responsibilities**:
- Prioritize and assign service desk calls to appropriate teams or individuals
- Escalate service desk calls that require further attention
- Ensure all service desk calls are resolved within agreed timeframes
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their service desk calls
- Liaise with other teams to resolve service desk issues
- Maintain accurate records of all service desk activities
- Provide support to the wider facilities management team as required
**Requirements**:
- Previous Service Desk Experience would be beneficial
- Understanding of FM business or the willingness to learn
- Able to pass a CTC
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
