Our client is a nationwide distribution, haulage & storage business that has been delivering & handling customer goods for over 45 years. They are now recruiting for an Administrator to be based at their head office in Northampton.
As an Administrator, you'll work with colleagues across the warehouse, traffic and finance teams to meet all administrative requirements. This is an opportunity to join a great team of people in a friendly, family feel working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing all warehouse customer orders for inbound/outbound movements
- Compiling pick sheet for all outbound movements
- Day to Day management of computerised stock control
- Dealing with customer queries/discrepancies
- Carry out regular stock audits
- Ensure customer consignments are processed correctly
- Make delivery bookings for customers
- Ensure all warehouse and traffic consignments are invoiced in a timely manner
- Reconciling customers self-bill invoices to ensure all revenue is received
- Investigating and resolving invoice queries
- Provide a high level of customer care
Skills & Experience

- Excellent attention to detail
- High levels of motivation and action orientated
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel
