Fleet Administrator

We are a friendly logistics company based in Upper Heyford, Bicester, nestled within the historic Upper Heyford airbase and we're looking for someone to join our existing team.

The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for providing end to end fleet department cover

Main duties
- Liaising with various suppliers to the fleet department such as hire companies fuel card suppliers through to main dealers for company vehicles.
- Book in vehicles for any work required to keep them compliant and on the road
- Ensuring the company spreadsheets and systems are up to date with relevant information.
- Dealing with fleet enquiries both on the phone and in person.
- Collating all the relevant vehicle paperwork - including maintenance and service records.
- Administrative handling of invoices and potential re-charging.
- Monitoring the following - fuel usage/tyre usage/collisions/driver behaviour.
- Maintain control over the various vehicle schemes incl. TfL Congestion Charge/Dart Charge/uLez/Mersey Tunnel etc
- Ensuring all drivers are logged onto the driving licence checking system
- Maintain the fleet software system - to ensure it is always up to date.
- Responsible for ensuring that all drivers complete necessary eLearning.
- Perform collision investigation - to highlight common issues/common drivers.
- Liaise with Insurance broker to ensure all vehicles are added and removed from our insurance, as applicable

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
