Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an independent property management business who as the result of an internal promotion are looking to recruit an outgoing and proactive Property Administrator to join their small and tight-knit Bicester-based team.

As Property Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all clients, suppliers and vendors, as well as taking ownership of completing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the wider team.

This role is varied with no two days the same and duties will include booking reactive repair and general maintenance jobs, assisting with the planning of ongoing renovations and repairs, raising orders and booking appointments, managing quotations and financial enquiries as well as other ad-hoc administration for the wider business.

Alongside typical day-to-day duties in the office, our client are looking for an outgoing, customer-first candidate who is comfortable travelling to their properties to learn about and play an active part in the client management process.

Whilst this is a really varied position with genuine opportunities for professional development and support to obtain qualifications, due to nature of the job it’s really important that the successful candidate has the confidence and drive to, at times, jump in head first

Requirements

* Experience of working within property or a genuine desire to learn and build a long-term career within Block/Property Management

* Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the resilience to manage challenging tasks

* Excellent attention to detail with a strong level of spelling and grammar

* A problem solver with the ability to work both independently and within a team

* A Full UK driving licence with the willingness to travel to site when needed
