Customer Service Administrator

We are a friendly furniture import company based in Bicester (on the old Upper Heyford airbase). We design, manufacture and import stunning furniture from around the world, then supply it to retailers all over the UK. We are a small but fun team to work within. It is important to us to maintain a very positive working environment, so we love people with a positive outlook
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator, whose responsibilities will be varied and interesting.
We will provide you with training on relevant aspects of the business. We would intend for you to work up the ladder as we teach you new aspects of the business.
Great promotion and quick pay rise potential, depending on how and what elements of the business you want to get involved in.
**Skills required for this position**:
Don't worry if you don't have any relevant experience for the roll, as we are recruiting for this position based on having the right personal attributes, rather than previous experience in this field. The following attributes are critical to be successful, and are what we are looking for:
- Very thorough attention to detail
- Must be able to manage yourself and your own workload quickly & efficiently
- You must be someone who 'gets things done'
- You need to be methodical with your approach to work
- Quick and comfortable with problem solving.
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
