**Accounts assistant role with study support, and in house training**

We are a friendly logistics company based in Upper Heyford, Bicester (on the old Upper Heyford airbase) and we're looking for someone to join our team.

While we use SAP Business 1, familiarity with Sage is helpful in navigating our systems. We're looking for an IT-confident individual who can work with a range of systems, including Sage Payroll, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.

Previous experience in a finance or account function is required, although full training will be provided.

The role
- Entering invoices
- Credit control
- Process expenses within agreed deadlines
- Month end reconciliations
- Allocation of payments
- Monitoring the accounts inbox
- Payroll and HR support
- General administration
