Responsibilities of the role:

- Complete first line of enquiries into safeguarding concerns, should it be suspected an adult has experienced abuse or neglect within Nottinghamshire (in line with and establishing safeguarding thresholds).
- Progress cases to full Section 42 Enquiries (completed by locality teams)/ or close as proportionate.
- Complete end to end Safeguarding enquires where a face to face/ visit is not required.
- Cause others to investigate matters relating to safeguarding, where thresholds are met and proportionate to do so.
- Work in a fast-paced environment completing between 3 - 5 first line of enquiries per day.

Requirements of the role:

- Must hold a Social Work Qualification.
- Must be Social Work England registered
- Must have relevant previous experience.
