- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to provide a comprehensive service.
- Participate in daily/weekly briefs to drive throughput and performance.
- Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or equivalent.
- Registration with Social Work England and a valid driving license.

- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting service performance and individual learning and development.
