Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming concerns from professionals and members of the public via telephone and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to provide a comprehensive service.
  • Participate in daily/weekly briefs to drive throughput and performance.
Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or equivalent.
  • Registration with Social Work England and a valid driving license.
  • Extensive knowledge of social work legislation, methodologies, and policies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting service performance and individual learning and development.
