The Legal Construction Compliance Officer will play a pivotal role in our work winning team, ensuring that all tender submissions and contracts are legally compliant and align with the company's standards and objectives. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of construction law and contract management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyse tender documents, identifying legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the work winning team to develop compliant and competitive tender submissions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Provide legal advice and support on contract terms, bid proposals, and tender processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including project managers and the finance team, to ensure a cohesive approach to tenders and contracts.
- Keep abreast of changes in construction law and regulations that may impact tender submissions and contract management.
- Develop and implement legal compliance training for the work winning team and other relevant departments.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to tenders, offering legal insights and guidance.

**Qualifications**:

- A law degree and a qualification to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in construction law, particularly in contract management and tender processes.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its regulatory environment.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
