**RME Consultants are working with a highly established client who are recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join their busy and vibrant team located in Central London.**

**Role: Office Coordinator**

**Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum**

**Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time office based (9am -5.30pm or 8.30-4.30pm)**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Location: Central London**

**Main Duties for the Office Coordinator**:

- **Perform a variety of general office tasks such as photocopying, binding, scanning, data entry, and record keeping.**
- **Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and manage inventory levels.**
- **Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly manner.**
- **Manage incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.**
- **Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and boardroom bookings.**
- **Assist in the coordination of company events, manage guest lists, and liaise with venues and suppliers.**
- **Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.**
- **Support social media activities, including researching content for LinkedIn and Instagram.**
- **Collaborate with vendors to maintain a functional work environment.**
- **Provide administrative upport to the Business Support Manager and Directors as required.**
- **Facilitate effective communication and workflow among departments.**
- **Fulfil the responsibilities of the Fire Safety Officer and First Aider.**
- **Perform any other duties reasonably requested by the Business Support Manager and Directors.**

**Experience requirement for the Office Coordinator**:

- **Possess A-level education or higher.**
- **Demonstrated track record of 2 years in an Office Administrator or a comparable administrative position.**
- **Showcase robust organisational and multitasking capabilities.**
- **Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
- **Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and holds a commendable level of IT literacy.**
- **Display proactive and forward-planning qualities, taking ownership of tasks. Dependable with a strong sense of punctuality.**
- **Familiarity with health and safety regulations and CRM systems is advantageous.**
