The successful HR Manager (Systems and Payroll) will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the management and maintenance of HR systems
- Overseeing the implementation and optimisation
- Management of the payroll, benefits and pensions administration
- Data management and quality assurance
- HR reporting.

**Profile**

The successful HR Manager (Systems and Payroll) must have:

- Experience of managing multi-discipline HR functions
- Experience of delivering improvements and implementations to HR systems
- Experience of working within the public sector would be desirable.
