Customer Services Team Member -Permanent - Full Time

The Role:
Reporting to Operational Admin Team Leader, the Ops Admin Team Member will be responsible for a variety of administrative activities to support both operational and management information functions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide excellent service to all customers;
- Effective query resolution;
- Ensure 100% accuracy to avoid financial exposure;
- Build and maintain effective working relationships;
- Provide general administration support, as required, to assist in the efficient running of the operational administration team;
- Ensure various deadlines are met within the team and wider network;
The Person:
- Experience of customer service, preferably in an FMCG environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Diplomatic and sensitive at handling conflict;
- Flexible approach to working patterns and tasks
