- Liaise with HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor regarding recruitment requirements
- Write and post job adverts on various media sources
- Attend Recruitment events
- Contact applicants to arrange interviews
- Conduct interviews
- Ensure appropriate Right to work checks are carried out
- Prepare new starter paperwork
- Assist with adding new starters to the Time and Attendance system
- Ensure all new starter checks are carried out as per procedures
- Work closely with the rest of the HR team to ensure all recruitment needs are met
