**Job description**

THH are proud to be recruiting for a reputable company based in Normanton. They are well known within their industry as providing some of the most reputable products to companies across the UK.

We are pleased to be supporting them in their recruitment drive for a Training and Recruitment Coordinator to join the business on a permanent basis.

**What are they looking for?**
- Book authorised training as required, for all employees
- Monitoring training expiry dates
- ensuring certification remains in date
- Ensure all new certificates are uploaded to the training database and filed
- Monitor & record training costs/ cancellations;
- Ensure completion of eLearning across the company including new starters;
- Create/ issue certificates of competence;
- Monitor mentoring process for site staff;
- Assisting with recruitment across the depots
- To assist Training & Recruitment Manager with general administration duties;
- Ensure company vehicle or occasional loan vehicle supplied, is kept clean and tidy at all times, serviced within manufacturer’s guideline, and ensure any defects are notified to correct parties and rectified in a timely manner.
- Promote teamwork and co-operation at all times, both within individual depots and right across the entire Company.
- Treat all other employees and all our customers professionally and with respect.
- Always act in the best interests of any of the Company, and not to carry out (or fail to carry out) any action that would bring the company into disrepute.
- Always work in a responsible manner to ensure safe working practices.
- Follow Health Safety Quality and Environmental guidelines provided by the company - currently ISO 9001:14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures, including all future notifications.
- Proactively contribute to the company’s policy of continuous improvement.
- Carry out any reasonable ad-hoc duties requested by your direct Line Manager or the Management team.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Confidence with IT and computer packages - Excel an advantage
- GCSE in English & Maths.
- Previous Training experience
- Recruitment experience (minimum 2 years)
- Strong administration skills

**Desirable Attributes**
- Confidence with IT and computer packages.
- Strong Administrative background/Experience.
- Competent on Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Good communications skills, written and verbal.
- An ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
- Honesty & Confidentiality

This role is paying £23,000ph

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
