Payroll Elite have partnered with this International organisation who are looking to recruit an experience Payroll Administrator / Advisor who is fluent in French. This is a fully remote role working within a team to assist in processing EMEIA payrolls including their French payroll.

**Job Purpose**:
Helping deliver the company’s payrolls accurately and on time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working in a team to help produce their monthly payroll
- Checking and transferring data to third party payroll providers
- Processing all payroll related variations such as sickness, maternity, commission, bonus, merit reviews, etc in accordance with statutory rules
- Running and extracting reports to assist with payroll checking
- Processing tax documentation such as starter and leaver forms and declarations
- Responding to enquiries from employees within timelines
- Undertaking detailed payroll checking procedures including assessing and explaining pay variations
- Processing garnishments including associated correspondence
- Reviewing mailboxes and folders to ensure that all instructions have been addressed
- Assisting with the funding and payment processes

**Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required**:

- Fluent in French is essentail
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
