Our client is an award-winning multi-website online retailer offering bathroom, kitchen and heating products to Britain’s homeowners and tradespeople. They now have an exciting opportunity for a People & Payroll Partner to join their HR team

**Location**: Fully remote - offices in Bournemouth if you prefer to spend time on-site

**Salary**:Circa £30k per annum plus too many benefits to list

They are a flexible organisation, offering fully remote working (however you are always welcome a their Bournemouth offices They also operate flexible working hours too, as long as core hours are covered

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is in the early stages of their career and looking for further growth in an HR setting. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Payroll Supervisor and the People & Culture team. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and payroll processes and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The People & Payroll BP will report directly to the People Support Manager and will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the People Support function.

Within this role, you will be supporting across Payroll, People, HR admin and compliance, including maintaining all HR records, staying up to date with employment laws, providing guidance to employees regarding HR policies and collaborating with the Payroll Supervisor to process payroll accurately and on time.

**Our ideal applicant will have/be;**
- Proven experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and familiarity with payroll software/systems (Brightpay and People HR desirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws/regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Google Gsuite and HRIS software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- CIPD level 3 or equivalent qualification would be a bonus
