7 Hospitality Management is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join us in this exciting opportunity. This role based at Weetwood Hall Estate.

Set within nine acres of beautiful woodlands and gardens and built around a 17th Century Jacobean Manor House. Providing the very best in contemporary and unique guest experiences, our hotel is steeped in rich history with parts of our beautiful property dating back as far as 1540. We have 114 bedrooms 12 of which are located in the Manor House, all uniquely designed to mirror the style of a boutique hotel. The conference centre has 20 conference and seminar rooms and dedicated team. Our focus is to ensure guest requirements are delivered to the highest standards.

**THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE**:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced friendly Receptionist to join our team here at Weetwood Hall. You’ll be the face of our hotel, offering a warm Yorkshire welcome to all of our guests. As a Receptionist you’ll be engaging with hotel guests and communicating internally with other departments to ensure that everything a guest could possibly need is dealt with efficiently and professionally.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Always provide the highest standards of customer care and service
- Promote excellent communications within the Front Desk department and other departments
- Attend training courses provided by the company
- Being the main point of contact for guests upon arrival, throughout their stay and upon departure
- Audit daily arrivals and departures with the upmost attention to detail
- Liaise closely with housekeeping regarding the status of rooms
- Responsible for the balancing and acceptance of credit and debit card payments.
- Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any reasonable tasks as requested

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A friendly, enthusiastic can do attitude
- Previous experience within a Reception team in a 4* Hotel
- Experience in understanding, delivering and exceeding guest expectations
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Has the highest standard of personal presentation at all times
- Great attitude and a willingness to be flexible in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is necessary
