Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring a warm and professional welcome to our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients, visitors, and internal guests in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Maintain the front desk, meeting rooms, and client lounge area in a neat and tidy condition.
  • Coordinate the electronic meeting room booking system and liaise with PA's and Legal Advisers to understand meeting requirements.
  • Set up, prepare, and clear meeting rooms and boardrooms, and answer phone calls and transfer calls and queries.
  • Monitor and maintain the client suite, process invoices, and respond to internal personnel changes.
  • Arrange conference calls, video conferences, and taxi bookings, and manage stocks and catering supplies.
  • Provide support for postal, reprographics, and other duties.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
