ZUWA is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service representative to join our team in Leeds. In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist other departments with administrative support as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
