The Role
We are seeking a skilled Night Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Leeds. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests, responding to their needs and requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
• Process payments and handle guest complaints in a fair and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities and services
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
