Head of CRM and Customer Insight

We are seeking a highly collaborative, experienced manager with excellent communications and stakeholder management skills to lead our newly formed CRM and Customer Insight function. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment Development, you will be part of the leadership team for the new Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions Service for the University and will take responsibility for the management of data, systems, processes, and management information which supports the student experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of colleagues to lead on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the University’s CRM system from the student recruitment and marketing perspective, ensuring that the CRM data is of excellent quality, accurate and available on a timely basis.You and your team will also ensure the University’s data and student journey and experience requirements are met, through identification of more streamlined and effective processes and developing a culture of continuous improvement.
The role requires previous experience of developing and implementing CRM solutions, as well as passion for higher education and experience of leading positively through change.
