We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our CRM and Customer Insight team, working alongside a team of data and systems professionals to deliver a high-quality and innovative service to colleagues and the university.

You will be key in supporting the team across a wide range of projects, with activities ranging from cleansing and inputting data, analysis of outputs from a range of systems and contributing to reports and requests for information. We’re looking for someone with experience in working with data and a keen interest in developing that skill further, with opportunities to engage with various projects and initiatives.

This role will require a well-organised and self-motivated approach, with responsibility for supporting the team in managing internal and external queries for data analysis and reporting, and clerical support with meetings and processes, all with a strong sense of providing an excellent customer experience on behalf of the team.
