An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced and qualified Teenage Cancer Trust MDT Co-ordinator and Service administrator.

The purpose of the Teenage Cancer Trust MDT Co-ordinator and Services Administrator role is to be responsible for the effective collection, management, and reporting of accurate and timely data to understand the regional and national population of TYA diagnosed with cancer.

To be able to build effective relationships and collaborative ways of working with key stakeholders across the network, to build a picture of whole network TYA patient cohort ensuring that all young people aged 13-24yrs have access to age-appropriate care and support.

The post holder will also provide project management support - on areas of work which aim to improve the outcomes and experience of young people to ensure equity across the network covered by the post holder, including evaluation of these projects

**The post holder will be able to demonstrate**:
Good knowledge of working with databases/excel/word

Ability to extract information from databases and to prepare and co-ordinate complex information

Shows an understanding of Peer Review process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be able to work autonomously

Excellent organisational skills

Be able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary groups

Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service in conjunction with other members of the team
