An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Cardiothoracic Directorate for an Aortic Service MDT Pathway Co-ordinator to join our friendly and dynamic team.

The Cardiothoracic Directorate at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals provides a first class local and tertiary service for Sheffield and wider South Yorkshire residents.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to the Clinical Aortic Team within Cardiothoracic Services supporting the Aortic Clinicians and Service/Operational Managers. To use specialist knowledge of the patient pathway to proactively influence the tracking records using high levels of communication to expedite appointments/procedures as necessary and to resolve issues which could lead to target failures.
