An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cancer Tracking team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust as an MDT Co-ordinator for the cancer service. This post is fixed term for 12 months in the first instance, but with potential to become permanent.

You will be a compassionate, accountable individual who treats all colleagues, patients and service users with respect and seeks to deliver excellence in your role. You will share the Trust values and be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.

The post holder will be a key member of the cancer tracking team, who will provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the cancer MDTs and will coordinate the care of cancer patients across all relevant teams, ensuring that all patients progress along the appropriate pathway within the appropriate timeframe. The Oncology team are a fantastic team, who support families and patients through their cancer pathways.

The MDT Co-ordinator will have experience oforganising and implementing administrative procedures to support a multi-disciplinary customer focussed service, be able to provide a proactive and high quality customer focused service and haveexcellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work with conflicting deadlines for themselves and others.
