We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Customer Success leader to spearhead our customer success initiatives for more than 16,000 schools. You will be instrumental in shaping strategies that ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while maintaining churn below 8% annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to diverse revenue segments.
- Ensure best-in-class customer service and meet financial objectives.
- Drive Customer Success Qualified Lead (CSQL) generation and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead, retain, and develop a talented team.
- Foster a supportive, commercially aware customer success approach integrated with commercial departments.
- Represent the customer in senior leadership forums and manage financial responsibilities.
- Oversee key customer journey departments, including implementation, support, and renewals.
- Establish, track, and report on key metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experiences.
- Analyze data to drive product adoption and engagement.
- Streamline processes for effective use of resources.
- Accelerate the transition to a commercial approach focused on value creation.
- Support strategic initiatives and change management.

- Extensive experience in SaaS.
- Proficient in managing large customer bases and data analysis.
- Experienced in implementing reporting methods and software applications.
- Skilled in handling segmented customer bases with varied ARR.
