We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join the Digital Enablement and Development team, based in Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in improving the experience of our prospective students throughout their journey to study with us, providing a high level of customer service, coupled with technical expertise and innovation to ensure we offer a premium service to all our prospective students.

As we work to implement a new CRM for Student Recruitment and Marketing, a willingness to learn and engage with new systems will be essential, as will working closely with colleagues in IT and adjacent services to bring our vision to life.

We provide a supportive and collaborative workplace and are committed to exploring flexible working opportunities which benefit the individual and the University. Within Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions team our approach is hybrid, with a mix of time on campus and working from home.
