West Coast MEP are currently recruiting an operations administrator.

In this role you will;
- Assist the Project managers/ Directors with general admin duties
- Manage Subcontractor recruitment and Timesheets
- Manage and monitor staff training and qualifications.
- Keep up to date accreditations and compliance where necessary
- Manage fleet vehicles
- Assist Procurement department with order processing

We request that you have at least one years worth of admin experience, Strong Microsoft office skills and use of QuickBooks would be beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
