Property Office Administrator

Butterfly Property Management is a family run letting agency based in central Luton. We have been operating for over 20 years, managing a number of self-contained units, all based in Luton.
We are looking for a **highly organised, experienced office administrator **to join our team. You will have **excellent communication skills, **can **work independently **and have a **strong attention to detail **with an ability to prioritise tasks.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Administration:
- Handling enquiries and booking appointments for viewing
- Managing the lettings diary on a day to day basis
- Signing up new tenants
Book Keeping:
- Ensuring rent is paid correctly and in full
- Chasing rent arrears and payments
Skills required:
- Administration experience
- Customer service experience
- Confident using a computer - Word and Excel
