As our Property Services Manager, you’ll wear many hats and play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties run smoothly. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

Trade Oversight:Manage a team of five tradespeople across various disciplines (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements to keep our properties in top condition.Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and address them promptly.Office Management:Supervise our three-office staff, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.Handle administrative tasks related to property management, including lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant enquiries.Surveyor Expertise:As a qualified surveyor, you’ll bring your technical knowledge to the table.Oversee property valuations, condition assessments, and compliance with regulations.Collaborate with external surveyors when needed.Holistic Approach:You’ll be the bridge between our tradespeople and office staff.Ensure seamless communication and alignment between both sides of our operation.Strive for efficiency and effectiveness in all property-related matters.Disposals and Voids:Manage the process of property disposal and handle voids turnaround swiftly.Minimise downtime and maximise occupancy rates.Landlord Relations:Liaise with landlords to understand their expectations and preferences.Maintain positive relationships and address any concerns promptly.Qualifications:Proven track record in property management, ideally overseeing both trades and office functions.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.Why join them?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to make a real impact on a supportive team.Work in a friendly, family-oriented environment.If you’re ready to take on this exciting challenge, apply now Send your CV now.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
