Customer Service Administrator

**Digital Sports Group Ltd** are looking to recruit a **Customer Service/Sales Administrator** to join our Customer Experience Team for their rapidly expanding e-commerce website.
The Administrator will be responsible for managing excellent communication and interaction between the customer, the company and its suppliers. They will provide a high quality of customer service which increases the company’s reputation, leading to increased sales.
The range of duties includes processing orders placed either over the phone or via our website, packaging customer orders and answering customer queries.
The Administrator is the front line for customer interaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as well as an understanding of what constitutes first class customer service.
Responsibilities to include:
**Sales Order Entry**: Process both on and off line orders using in-house and third-party administrative systems with speed and accuracy, ensuring customers are made aware of all relevant information.
**Customer Contact Data**: To ensure our customer contact database is up to date and contacts verified through ordering processes and subscribing customers to our mailing list.
**Customer Qualification**: Build close relationships with customers and identify customers with potential for sales growth.
**Customer Experience**: Handle all calls, from order enquiries and sales processing, through to customer service issues. To be fully competent in all areas and to find resolutions in a prompt and efficient manner.
**Service Excellence**: Ensure all customer contact and service issues are resolved to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, balanced against commercial viability.

Team player with a good sense of humour
Interest or experience in the automotive industry is desirable although not required.
**Salary**: From £20,500.00 per year
Additional pay:
