**What will you be responsible for?**

As a Senior Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the **Commercial** team, supporting them to ensure the corporate procedures are complied with, job packs are relevant and properly prepared, programmes of work are clear and adequate and confirming all relevant records are maintained correctly.

Your day to day will include:

- Ensuring production of detailed works handovers/Planned works, scheduling works to gang devices as required
- Batching works within WMS system, liaising between planning and delivery teams checking jobs are planned right first time and costed effectively
- Liaising with third parties, stakeholders, oushing collaborative working thus optimising network occupancy and ordering any special materials required
- Assessing plant and material required for work to be carried out, undertaking risk assessments & safety checks, toolbox talks and audits, reviewing daily productivity targets to ensure budgets managed effectively
