**_Now recruiting Roster Clerks for our Operational Resourcing Team_**
The **Roster Clerk **works at the heart of our** **Resourcing Team,** responsible for assisting the roster team in the preparation and updating of the rosters, your role will focus on assisting the entire operational resourcing team in all aspects of their day to day operation. Although you **won't be customer facing**, your customer service skills will be vital for your communications with internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, first and foremost, you'll need excellent **PC literacy**, **Admin skills **and will be able to input **data quickly and accurately**. Our Roster Clerk is an integral part of the unit behind running our trains which keep passengers moving across our network. Our trains run at all hours, day and night, but you won't have to with **Monday to Friday Office Hours**. We are currently hybrid working where we spend 50% of our days in the office and 50% working from home.
You'll need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with error checking and being able to work to a tight deadline.** **Customer service excellence** has been a part of the way that you work for many years. Knowledge or experience of the **UK passenger rail industry** is also highly **beneficial but not essential. **You will receive full training in how to use our systems and the day job.
