**About The Role**:
**Salisbury Group have an opportunity for a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor to join our team in Milton Keynes.**

We are looking for an articulate, highly - professional, energetic and enthusiastic person to join this established team.

Experience in a customer service, retail or a Helpdesk environment would be an advantage but not essential.

What we are ideally looking for is a real people person. Someone who has excellent communication skills and enjoys helping people.

Show the right behaviours, commitment and work ethic and you like many before you, can progress your career within Salisbury Group.

**About You**:
**Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required**
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

**Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role**
- Minimum 12 months experience in similar customer-facing role
- Understanding of Help Desk operation
- Customer Service skills
- Keyboard skills
