**An outline of your responsibilities** - **Administrator**
- Support with planning, managing, coordinating all Novus Social Value and Customer Service initiatives, incorporating these activities into an annual plan.
- Assist with managing and monitoring the Departments spend across the business
- Compilation and preparation of reports and presentation materials, background information for internal/external meeting, events and awards on topics related to Social Value and Customer Service. Ensuring Case Studies are up to date and shared effectively
- Assist with the management of Novus delivering on all Social Value & Customer Service commitments made through the tender process and client contract meetings.
- Support with employee engagement through the Social Value and Customer Service Programme.
- With the team manage and coordinate Social Value and Customer Service initiatives
- Processing of Novus Charitable donations.
- You will be required to communicate in person with all Stakeholders at all levels and areas of the business along with clients, customers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Supporting with the management of the Customer Liaison Team with the objective to play a key role in delivering on contract commitments.
- Act as an internal and external representative for Novus’ Responsible Business, Social Value and Customer Service Programme and Projects. This will involve aspects of marketing, Communication and P.R.
- Analyse and investigate claims, navigate the system to log them

**About you**

As a Social Value Administrator you will need to be highly organised, methodical and have confidence to communicate both verbally and in writing. A good level of computer skills is key, a lot of what you will be doing is centred around our inhouse computer systems, of course we will provide the training on our system, as part of your initial onboarding experience. Speaking of which we will dedicate the time throughout your first week with a great induction and onboarding plan to upskill you on our processes and procedures however, we are always open to new ideas and efficiencies so welcome your input as your make this role your own.
