Accounts Administrator

**Medical & Legal Admin Services (MLAS)** are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team. MLAS are part of Unity Health Group and the role may include working across the group when needed.
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Ability to communicate with staff, customers and suppliers in a pleasant and effective manner.
- Ability to be self-motivating, innovative and work without supervision.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Good computer skills with a focus on Excel
- Prior knowledge of Xero accounting software would be an advantage but not essential
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES**
- Sales ledger - raising invoices, dealing with queries, allocating payments
- Credit Control
- Purchase ledger - checking invoices, reconciling against statements, producing weekly payment list
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Banking of customer cheques
- Maintaining records
- General administrative duties
- Any other duties commensurate with this role
**As well as duties for Medical & Legal Admin Services, you will also provide a financial service for the company’s clients**:
- Raise invoices
- Allocate Payments
- Credit Control
- Liaise with the administration team
