Accounts Administrator

**Fowler Sandford** Chartered Surveyors are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team.
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Ability to communicate with staff, customers and suppliers in a pleasant and effective manner.
- Ability to be self-motivating, innovative and work without supervision.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Good computer skills with a focus on Excel
- Prior knowledge of Xero accounting software is essential
- Previous experience of property management or accounts would is advantageous but not essential.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES**
- Sales ledger - raising invoices, dealing with queries, allocating payments
- Credit Control
- Purchase ledger - checking invoices, reconciling against statements, supplier payments (both by cheque and Bacs)
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Banking of customer cheques and cash
- Maintaining records
- General administrative duties
- Any other duties commensurate with this role
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
