Les Ambassadeurs Club are seeking experienced VIP Administration Executives. This role within the China VIP Host team will involve providing interpretation services and assistance to our qualified Chinese-speaking customers, to improve understanding of casino offerings and to deliver an outstanding experience each and every time they visit. Additional responsibilities of administrative duties, and organisation of bespoke VIP activities, personalized events and frequent customer contact.

It is essential for applicants to have a year’s experience working in high-end luxury concierge. Applicants must also be fluent in Mandarin (written & verbal) - Cantonese is advantageous.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Acts as primary liaison for all Chinese customers and interpreter for Chinese-speaking customers, as directed by the Marketing Team.
- Coordinates and facilitates bespoke VIP activities and events, including parties and corporate box hosting at the request of the Marketing Team.
- Maintains intimate knowledge of hotels, bars, clubs, golf courses and other appropriate retailers that may be sources of new affluent, VIP customers.

**Essential Knowledge**

Min 1 year working experience in luxury travel/customer service / concierge / event planning industry

Advanced in Microsoft Software (Word & Excel & Powerpoint)

Familiar with financing, expenses and budgeting control

Proficient in Apple devices, MS Packages, CMS, WeChat & WhatsApp & outlook

Fluent in Mandarin (written & verbal) - Cantonese is advantageous.

**Job Type: Permenant (6 months probation)**
