The post holder will be required to assist in the delivery of admin support to the medical and nursing staff within the specialty. The post holder will undertake general admin duties including the filing of documents. The post holder will also answer telephone enquiries and assist the secretarial team for Rheumatology.

The post holder will prepare documentation for the nursing team.

The post holder will be expected to complete all filling responsibilities.

The post holder will be required to locate and track case notes.

Support will be provided by the Medical Secretary and Senior Medical Secretary within the Specialty Team.

Answer enquiries, assist in the co-ordination of preparing nursing documentation. The post holder will be expected to communicate information verballing and in writing with patients and staff. The post holder will be required to locate and track case notes. We require the hours to be spread over a minimum of three days.
