We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical acumen and exceptional leadership skills to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, update, and evaluate individualized Care Plans utilizing our electronic care planning system.
- Administer prescribed medication, manage dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and provide necessary interventions for chronic medical conditions, adhering to company protocols and NMC guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Registered Home Manager to oversee the efficient management of the home, ensuring compliance and optimizing operational performance.
- Monitor and evaluate care staff performance, providing necessary supervision and training as required.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.
- Assume responsibility for the general operations of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Valid NMC registration
- RGN/RMN qualification
- Extensive experience working with individuals living with dementia
- Profound understanding of MCA, DoLs, Safeguarding, and whistleblowing procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in IT usage
- Strong leadership capabilities demonstrated in a similar role
